(MILLYSDEC) is a Local Non Governmental Organization, which is established to promote sustainable development projects in areas such as; Youth Development, Reproductive Health, Micro-Credit, Food Security and Environmental Management.

VISION: To see all young people and women in Northern Ghana have equal opportunities and dignified life.

MISSION: Working to improve the quality of life of the disadvantaged young people and women in the society through research advocacy, lobbying and service delivery

 GOAL: To empower young people and women to fight against poverty and social inequalities.

 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: To promote sustainable capacity building for young people in Information Communication and Technology (ICTs), Craftwork, improved farming Techniques for more job opportunities.

To empower women groups to lobby and advocate for their rights and freedom. 

To provide Reproductive Health Services to poor and disadvantage women and young people, to take control of their sexual and reproductive life. 

 To facilitate sustainable hygiene and sanitation practices in communities

To empower community members, CBOs etc. to be engaged in good environmental management practices on sustainable basis

 To empower deprived communities to initiate and implement development projects.

 *To establish ICT Centre (Internet Café) for the youth

 *To build the capacity of women’s groups, young people, CBOs, FBOs and other CSOs to be engaged in the fight against poverty and social inequalities

 *To render technical support in organizational development to CBOs, FBOs and CSOs

 *To implement effective reproductive health project including the establishment of Reproductive Health/HIV/AIDS counseling centre for the youth (Adolescent Reproductive Health counseling centre)

 *Development of effective resource mobilization plan

 *To facilitate and strengthen Nanumba South District Food Security Network.
